When the team qualifies for the WIAA State Meet the squad celebrates with an overnight stay at the Wilderness Resort & Waterpark. The team will leave for the WIAA State Meet on Saturday morning compete and eventually travel to the  waterpark, stay overnight and return by noon on Sunday. Traditionally the team has taken the top sixteen runners to the Wilderness Resort & Waterpark. The waterpark experience is a great way to celebrate the team's yearlong success and rewards the squad for all of their efforts.
